- Strong academical background and keen affinity to new technologies.
- 1- 3 years of experience in the field of Account management /Customer experience
- Outstanding communication skills fostering effective collaboration across all levels of the organization
- Excellent MS Office skills and good knowledge of Google applications.
- Experience in working with Salesforce CRM.
- Fluency in English
- Flexibility to work with US clients in their timezones
As a customer success manager, you will be the main point of contact for our customers. You will provide technical support, report bugs and mediate between customers and the IT Team.
You will manage the upgrade and upsell campaigns of the product and be responsible for gathering customer case-studies and video testimonials. You will be responsible for constantly enhancing measurement criteria and data quality of customer feedback.
