About You

iSEEit is expanding and is looking for a QA Manager/Scrum Master based in Vienna, Austria to ensure that all external and internal requirements of the software development are met before our product reaches our customers.

You will be responsible for:

Coordinating requests within teams

  • Work with Business and Design on new functions
  • Act as the single point of contact for Support & RFEs
  • Act as the program owner for development

Coordinate work packages with the Development team

  • Package new functions into stories and schedule them in sprints
  • Monitor daily scrum meetings – identify bottlenecks, issues, and drive resolution
  • Own weekly team calls to present results to the Business team

Drive Quality Assurance

  • Own the testing process
  • Drive development of automated tests
  • Drive user acceptance tests
Requirements:
As a Quality Assurance Manager/Scrum Master, you are a motivated and enthusiastic person. You possess creative problem-solving abilities, a strong process-oriented acumen, and pay attention to details. You should be able to easily coordinate complex, diverse tasks and be savvy on the topics of application design, development and support. 
You will be responsible for inspecting procedures, outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues. You like challenges and are keen to creatively work with our development team and lead them to the successful completion of projects.
Your ideal profile:
• At least 1-3 years of of experience as a QA Manager/Scrum Master
• Relevant academic background or equivalent experience
• “Can do” attitude, passion and drive
• Outstanding communication skills to foster effective collaboration across all levels of the organization
• Good knowledge of Agile tools like Jira and CRM Software (Salesforce.com would be a huge advantage)
• Fluency in English
